The White Plains office of Amabile & Erman is actively seeking an attorney to join its General Liability / Medical Malpractice Defense litigation practice group.

This group represents hospitals, physicians, nurses, physical therapists, mid-wives, emergency services personnel, and other healthcare providers in both State and Federal courts relating to medical malpractice, long-term care, and premises/general liability actions.  We aim to and succeed at providing our clients with quality work product in all aspects of litigation from pre-suit investigations to appellate practice, and everything in between.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate interested in independently managing case discovery, making court appearances, taking depositions, writing motions, working with experts, and preparing for trial.
